But the system is strict. KRA pins must be active. Valuations are automated based on CRSP (Current Retail Selling Price) to prevent tax evasion. If you are buying a car, you need to understand that the "Agreement of Sale" is no longer enough. Until the click happens on TIMS and you get that verification code, the car isn't yours.
